Four shared platforms support the day-to-day work of the LCS teams. Notably, the IR platform (VISIO), based on the laboratory’s historical know-how, has reached a very high degree of maturity, recognized internationally.

Since the beginning of 2017, solid state NMR development is becoming a part of a shared platform with the LCMT Laboratory, the Joint Center for Nuclear Magnetic Resonance in Caen (CCRC). The two other platforms concern synthesis and physical characterization (platform created in 2009), as well as catalysis and chemisorption.
