We had the great privilege to receive Mr. Hervé Morin, president of the Normandy region, accompanied by Mr. Cyril Aubert-Geoffroy (Normandy regional delegate of the CNRS), Mr. Lamri Adoui (president of the University of Caen Normandy), Mr. Jean-François Hamet (director of the Ensicaen).

Also present, Sonia DE LA PROVÔTÉ (Senator of Calvados), Julie BARENTON GUILLAS (Vice-president of the Normandy Region), Romuald GLOWACKI (Director of Economy, Higher Education, Tourism, Research and Innovation at the Normandy Region), et Dominique GOUTTE (Vice-president of the Urban Community Caen la Mer).

After a presentation by Svetlana and our permanent researchers, a panel of our brilliant Phd and post doc presented briefly their projects.
Mr Hervé Morin was very interested and enthusiastic, asking many questions about Zeolites, but also about the nationality of the speakers and their choice of Normandy to pursue their studies.
Indeed, Mr. Morin is proud to represent the region that invests the most research in France. And we are also proud to be a part of this great project for the future !

Discover the regional strategy ERSI, whose goal is to make Normandy a territory of excellence, innovation and experimentation through public and private research and training of its students.

After open discussions and constructive exchanges, Mr Morin and our guests visited the different laboratories, to finish in the CLEAR room.
They discovered our zeolites and our state-of-the-art equipment, in particular the XRD. We are the first laboratory in France to use this high precision instrument.
